I just realized that I have a very large collection of food pictures from all over the world. I am actually really happy that I can say that now.
But let's start with my favorite country of all, Vietnam!
This picture was taken back in 2008. The mystery meat? Field Mice marinated in fish sauce, lemon grass and pepper.
If you look closely you can actually make out the shape.
They were caught in our own rice field during harvest time, which is when they are the most plump and flavorful.
Fish sauce, lemon grass and pepper will make anything taste delicious.
